Our Salon
We may be in a cute little town, but we're totally up-to-date with the latest trends and we get visitors from all over the tristate area who come for a retreat-like small-town experience.

Additional Guests
Please no additional people including children, unless receiving a service.
This is implemented for the safety of everyone and the relaxation of other guests that are also receiving services.
Late Arrivals
We ask for you to please notify us if you are going to be late, as we will with you.
If you are more than 15 minutes later to your appointment, we will need to get you rescheduled and there will be a late fee.
Late Cancellations/No Shows
If you need to cancel, we do respectfully require at least a 24 hour notice,
if less than 24 hours there will be a 50% charge of services.
Same day cancellations and no shows will require a 100% charge of services & if no card is on file to charge you, you will not be allowed to book with us again.
Meet the Owner
Hey there! I’m Colleen, the owner of The Rooted Rose.
As part of the Ross community, I wanted to create something special — a place where you can feel pampered, relaxed, and maybe even a little fancy, without having to make the trip downtown. So, on April 1st, 2021, The Rooted Rose opened its doors, and it’s been an amazing ride ever since.
The Rooted Rose started as my way to find something good again after losing my mom. With the help of my incredible in-laws, I was able to pour my heart into building this salon.
Naming it The Rooted Rose was my way of keeping her kindness, beauty, and strength at the heart of everything we do. What began as a personal sanctuary has grown into an eight person powerhouse of creativity, warmth, and real connections.
The Rooted Rose is so much more than a salon. It’s a place where guests feel welcomed, cared for, and just a little bit spoiled. We’re here to help you look and feel amazing, while keeping things real, laid-back, and genuinely inviting.
We’re excited to continue growing, serving our community, and creating a space where everyone feels at home.
